Update

Spoke with Marco Romero, the VP of Corp Development this morning. The analyst tour went well in Asia, and they were very impressed with the Monywa copper mine in Myanmar.

The Monywa mine is now operating at cash production costs of US$0.24 per pound, and the Phase I financing should be paid off one year from now. This is quite remarkable.

The Sekatak project could turn out to be enormous, as they have delineated about a dozen sites on the 10 x 10 Km property that they want to drill. He said the hardest decision they have is where they want to concentrate their resources.

The Thailand property is now yielding some interesting finds, and they are encouraged by it.

There will be a general press release on company performance by the first of next week, and there will be a specific press release on the drilling results for Sekatak and the Thai property in two or three weeks.

The stock behavior appears to indicate that they have turned the corner. Mr. Romero said that the tour has sparked a tremendous amount of interest in the company from institutional investors, and in fact a Wall Street firm called yesterday making a serious inquiry about the company.

Hopefully, we will see good news and great stock movement upward in the near future. Stay tuned . . . . . . .
