Outstanding and float numbers are one of the mysteries of the stock. Pennystocks4u says that they are smaller than we thought. They came to that conclusion after their conversation with Bailey. The lower the numbers the faster this thing should move if we get any kind of decent news.

I haven't seen any numbers regarding the float for some time, but see comments that it's "small".. which is contrary to what it was 6 months back. Do you have a number for the float size? O/S?
