I trade quite regularly on-line and have been locked-out maybe twice in the year I have been with NDB and therefore had to call. And as for calling, it is usually a short to non-existent wait and then my concerns are always handled promptly. I would give them an A +. I also use Schwab (good research but pricey for pennies) and quit using SureTrade after just a few months due to their total lack of quality standards. Sorry that your experience with NDB wasn't any very good. A friend of mine uses Discover and says they are very good to him. I suggest trying a few and see which works best for your type of investing. I trade on-line 99% of the time and NDB works for me! ;>)
