Yes, you are missing something. Ya still gotta get fools to buy a lot of calls, who would?

edit: there's not enough volume in the calls for that theory.

The call buyers would sell stock to hedge themselves, not buy stock. From looking at open interest, there doesn't seem to be many players in CYOE options.
