4/15/99 ..DLJ Reiterates TOP PICK & Raises Estimates On 4/15 DLJ reiterates Top Pick and raises estimates for 1999 from $2.00 to $2.10 and for 2000 from $2.50 to $2.76 . Also boosting 12 month target price to $100.

Old trick... Brokers upgrade cause they want to sell after the suckers drive up the stock another $10 or $20 points, give them enuff room to purge.. Brokers downgrade so they can buy good stocks at lower prices and suckers sell.. I.E., DELL INTC, COMS, etc.. HA HA HA HA !!! Funny cause do brokers decide today to increase earnings estimate, increase price targets, etc.. then the next day or week, start buying themselves ? NOPE, they already loaded up weeks ago or last month, building a position so they can dump on the suckers.. C O M E D Y !! Pirate
