If you listen to what Miloscevuch says and the way he talks he talks as a typical communist apparatchik trained and by communist regime. There never was a hesitation on Communist Russia's site to sacrifice millions,, millions not lousy hundreds of their own people to achieve Communist Russia political goals. I would not be suprised to see that even NATO accepts responsibility for civilian casualties the job is really done by Miloscevich's thugs. Just remember how Stalin killed millions of most dedicated communists in labor camps during 30s to "CLEAN" the party.
