Moved Ahead

VERNON, BRITISH COLUMBIA--Aquatic Cellulose International Corp. announces today Visas for Brazil have been
received ahead of schedule. The team of evaluators and project implementation team will begin May 3, 1999.

Presently Gary Ackles is in California finalizing infrastructure to ensure all exotic high-end veneers and hardwood lumber
sales are secured well into the new millennium.
