Problem with the reseeding of the RUT is that while the index goes up the small cap mutual funds go down. Small cap managers when they assemble their portfolios must add cos. that have positive earnings/revenues and most of the cos. pushing up the index are nuts which don't qualify. Not good for those small cap holders. and which new net nutz shall be seeded in the Rut....ready to grow to the size of the mighty oak -ng- BTW, oils on fire and metals hammering out a nice base here.
