Bottom line. Has anybody seen - or willng to provide - the bottom line for LPGLY if NETP is floated.

I've read somewhere that the IPO pre-market price is speculated to be about $11. LPGLY is said to have 2.6 million shares.

The variables seem to be:

(1) The market price of NETP
(2) The holding period, if any, on some or all of LPGLY's shares.
(3) Whether LPGLY will sell part or all and when.

Anyone have any idea the range that the IPO might traverse and where it might close on 1st day?

Anyone willing to have a shot at potential effects on LPGLY of a close of $22, $33, $44 etc etc?
