Francie, Flodyie has more credibility than you will ever have. Even if the date is wrong, it means nothing. Your tactics remind me of a desperate lawyer, who is clearly losing the case, cross examining a good witness. You try desperately to find one little droplet of inconsistency in a sea of facts in an attempt to throw out the baby with the bathwater......I am using way to many metaphors here. What the hell am I talking about? Awe, forget it! You know what I mean you penny ante pinhead!!!

FG;

Before anyone gets into hysterics, do you know the 144 regs? Stock is usually free trading after 180 days. Now, if ZSUN had filings, we would be able to check whether they are using the customary 180 days, or whether the Momentum principals agreed to a different lock-up period.

But, there is no filing. So how can anyone tell?

The IR flacks might tell you one thing, but without filings, who knows?

So, because ZSUN has refused to file documents on a timely basis, indeed, at all, it is only prudent to assume 180 days.

If ZSUN wants to prove that there is a 365 day lockup, then they should have issued an 8k at the time of the acquisition, stating so.

Buyer Beware!

Francis has nothing in writing from ZSUN except the words from some IR guy. They lied to him on SFLK and he is dumb enough to believe them in ZSUN. He needs to learn the hard way. Want to buy the Brooklin Bridge Francis?

Press Release

SFC Takes Action Against Unregistered Dealing Activities

The Securities and Futures Commission announced that it had successfully prosecuted Amber Global Limited (AGL) for carry on a business whilst unregistered.

AGL pleaded guilty before Ms Polly Lo at Western Magistracy today. AGL was fined $10,000 and ordered to pay costs of $7,400 to the SFC.

The SFC investigation revealed that during the period 1 April July 1998, AGL acted as a agent in Hong Kong for Amber Securities (ASC), a company registered with the Security and Exchange Commission of the United States as a securities broker. Sales staff of AGL, were instructed by Mr. John Jerome Cronin (Cronin), the person-in-charge of the operation of AGL, to recruit clients in Hong Kong to open accounts with ASC and then receive their securities trading instructions for onward transmission to ASC.
