What do you mean by full-blown trading? USAB will offer on-line trading for its customers? Thanks...Patherzen

I have to admit that it's pretty exciting to see what will appear Monday on their Web site. And if it's truly good, then there are definitely NOT going to be many shares available to buy.

{{{{They intend to "spin-off
the web-banking as it's own
seperate operation, w/ an IPO
later this year."}}}}

If "spin-off" does happen,
what is the impact to the current
USAB shareholders?

Would existing shareholder automatic
receive proportional shares of
this new entity? or some other
arrangement? and what is?

Please advice!
