While I have spoken with both IR and PR guys, he has spoken with the CEO and is compiling the information now. He is also a very reasonable and very low-hype person, so will give you the good and the not so good ... and hopefully will come to the conclusion that while this has risks like any BB, it also offers a high REWARD/RISK ratio. When it all nets out here is some reasons why I like this as a speculation. Have announced intentions and are very close to major announcements we think on the first CHINESE INTERNET LOTTERY. Negotiations with an offshore partner are reportedly completed. They will likely have the backing of the Chinese Government as the Government endorses lotteries and uses the taxes generated for sports and welfare programs.
