Interesting comments from Bob Bronson--- this rotational test of previous highs by cyclicals is EXACTLY
what we have been looking for to complete the stock markets major top for a
broad-based 3000+ point decline this spring, summer and bottom into the
fall - now the cyclicals are as overbought to their fundamentals as the
growth stocks have been to theirs.

About ten weeks ago, when the DJIA was 1300 points lower, I warned against
premature short term bearishness and suggested that the best positioning for
covering longs and selling was into strength. Last week I posted what we
were looking for to setup the final large-cap top, although it's Supercycle
bear market period started 7/21/98 when money market funds started their
"sustainable" outperformance. Those final things are nearly completed as I
will post soon.
