FDA enforcing new regs ? I remember reading of new FDA regulations to enforce pediatric label regulations more aggressively beginning April 1. Hopefully, the FDA will also be warning most manufacturers of Albuterol as many, especially generics do not have pediatric indications. Ag.

Peter, Outstanding job in digging this out. Now it is clear why there were two directors registered to sell at the end of March and two more two days later. Four selling simultaneously certainly spelled trouble and I was foolish enough to have disregarded the signal. Not that it matters that much in terms of fundamental but investor psychology is another matter. When I called IR about the insider selling a while back, the IR person said may be they were buying houses. What a coincidence, four God-Damned houses the same week. Does the SEC regulate such activity ? The next time voting for directors coming up , I'll make sure I remember their names !
