Sulayman, I must say I'm not surprised at the response you received. If they had said they were happy with the web site and everything was fine and dandy "Then I would be worried"

PS: I wonder what "doing something" really means. Their site has been marginal for many moons now.

I may be able to offer some insight into what work, if any, is being done on their website. I'll let this board know if I find out anything. Time to make a coupla phone calls ;-)
