CH: Thanks for the clarification. in Addition to what you pointed out concerning Edgar's lag-time, there's an average 1-2-day lag from the time the SEC receives the filing til the filing shows up in SEC's own computers. This is current information and comes directly from the SEC. The only exception is an electronic filing which can be faster. To my knowledge, most accounting firms prefer hard records over electronics. I assume that was (or will be) the case with FNTN's SB-2. Thanks again, Wally
