Hi teevee, My feeling is, it is for good news from the bulk sampling of their marine diamond concessions in Namibia. They said they were awaiting a feasibility study based on these bulks at the PDAC a month ago. From that they can secure financing and mobilize the equipment to start harvesting the diamonds offshore. My impression was the financing was not a problem, and they were well advanced in negotiating equipment purchases/leases. russett
