From MSNBC: “Milosevic, by any measure, has won round one,” said a European diplomat at NATO's headquarters in Brussels on Friday, requesting anonymity. “Round one was smashing the KLA (rebels). Round two — again defined by him — appears to be sweeping the Albanians en masse from Kosovo. The jury is not yet back there.” ... I think he's won both rounds and also dealt a blow to the NATO alliance. This hopefully will make NATO re-think their interventionist approach.
