<<<The moral seems to be that the US's policies attempt to solve complex problems in a short time and without full consideration of the outcome of their policies. >>> That part Christopher ,, it seems to say that allthough the bombing started out with good intentions , somehow something went wrong---I hear /see this refrain a lot--- My point is that , there was full consideration of the outcome of these actions ... eg; the bombing is having it's intended consequences.... To somehow twist this into a mistake with good intentions at it's root,, flies in the face of even the most basic logic....
