Well, sure, it's worth a try sending your email to the SEC.

It doesn't take much effort to click that 'send' button, so you might as well do it.

But frankly, I suspect it's going to be about as effective as shouting into the wind. All that happens is you get the automated answer, and you never hear anything else. I've tried it before, and that's what happened.

There's lots of stuff worthy of being investigated, and very few investigators to do it. Anyway, the SEC can't do much, even if it does investigate and find wrongdoing. It can't prosecute, can it? It can stop a stock from trading, but it does that very very rarely.

This company is a house of mirrors, and it will eventually fall apart on its own. But I don't expect much governmental help in speeding that process. News stories are a better bet, but even without any publicity at all, a scam will eventually fail.
