After these two weeks, I don't have a grasp as to how SEPR will behave price-wise in the near future anymore. Unlike before when most of us longs are basically true believers waiting for news to move the price, we have a lot of undesirable day traders in this thing now. Yesterday and today together accounts for 4 million shares changed hands, almost the entire float out there. Day traders and MM love volatility which makes it difficult to use too much margin or "play" shorter term calls. Is long term LEAP the only viable leverage play ? IT is probably safe to just hold the common till kingdom comes but still, it would be nice to find a way to maximize the gain 2-3 years out.

Peter,

Great cybersleuthing re: the letter. Wondering why SEPR has yet to put out a press release dutifully recanting their claims as requested by the FDA. It has been more than a week since they were supposed to have responded to the FDA's letter.

Although most of the institutions already know of this news I would suspect that the issuance of a corrective press release re: Xopenex claims will drag the stock down even further than its current quote.

I've dumped about 30% of my SEPR stock position over the last month or so and may jump back in dumping next week, and then buy back on the dip that will come from the corrective press release. What am I missing here folks?
