For a 14% down 50% deal, yes. Overnight. Although with these guys I'd have insisted on a "lesser of" conversion price as well. In fact, $5 million's not tough to find these days if you've got a story to tell. The fact that CCSI can't find it at terms better than this ought to tell you something.
