Robert, only a fool would deny that the NATO bombs didn't accelerate Serb troop movements and expulsions of Albanians ? Just look at the refugee entrance rates to Albania and Macedonia since the bombing started. Until then only 200,000 were expelled since March 98. Since the bombing they have been leaving at a rate of 100-150,000 per week.

Even if Milosevic is the worst thing since Hitler, NATO miscalculated terribly by using the bombing campaign as a way to get him to sign a very one-sided agreement un-altered. This thing was NATO's to win or lose from day one and they choose to lose it; through diplomatic and political incompetence.

p.s. Why was NATO negotiating... it should have been the U.N. The U.N. is the political peackeeping vehicle while NATO is purely a military organization.

No, I am astonished at you because, while I had heard there were people with your level of hatred and venom, I have never before met one. Even to Southern cops who beat and jailed me in the days when I was trying to integrate restaurants and theaters and register voters in the South didn't have your depth of hatred. It's something totally new to me.
