Did you read the part of their filing which basicaly admits they won't be able to capitalize on V-Chip technology as they originally lead you to beleive? They also go on to say that other competitors (TVL no doubt) have more R & D, contacts, and resources to get around the ancient elam patent. I guess they realized their monopoly was shattered when TVL got it's patent issued. How come they never issued an NR about no longer having a monopoly? Multiple ratings coming to the US soon (no matter what you think), TVL is the only tech which can handle it. TVL insiders hold OVER 70% of their stock. What percentage do acri insiders hold? FAR FAR less. Has acri ever turned a profit like TVL has for years? you keep harping about TVL running out of cash, when that's not even a concern. Show me any promise acri has delivered on. TVL has done everything they claimed they will do so far. Any claims left remain to be fulfilled in the near future.
