Does any body here like biscuits and gravy?

Taht was one of the true advantages while growing up in N. Illinois of having a dad from SE Missouri. But not taht white, runny milk gravy. Good sausage gravy loaded with semi-hot spices. With a couple of really runny over easy eggs.

The widow maker. Now I can only get it in restaurants because my wife refuses to make it. The really greasy 10 seat diners taht sell it for $1.99 have the best B&G. I'll have to get some tomorrow morning after I work out.

<< biscuits and gravy >>

I like bicuits plain, without gravy and so forth, but with
sausage and scrambled eggs covered with picante sauce.
It's a treat that I like to order when I'm on the road.
At home I pretty much stick to oat bran and such. One of
my grandfathers had a scrambled egg dinner every night in
his later years. That habit finally got him, at 84.

<< biscotti >>

I'm not familiar with biscotti. Are they anything like the
British cookies that are sold in Scotch-plaid packages with
the brand name 'Walker'? I've racked what's left of my brain
and can't come up with what they're called.
