Regarding your this not being "a team sale," please explain to me and the thread what is your understanding of the "alliance" between IPEC (now SFAM-IPEC) and NVLS? As a backdrop, I am sure you are also aware that NVLS' CEO sits on the board of SFAM-IPEC as well. Basically speaking, as stated in their most recent 10Q, SFAM views their competition as AMAT and Ebara. Isn't this the outstanding question you raised? Did I misunderstand something, or am I just suffering from insomnia (:~))? SemiBull
