Z and others,

I think Joe is not being "hypersensitive" regarding remarks made on this thread. Americans may be "casually" insensitive, but that is in "casual" conversation. This forum is not always casual, and since Joe is not a frequent poster, I don't think we've reached a non-offensive level of familiarity with him. I thought the remarks were particularly offensive, and I don't know Joe, nor am I here to defend him.

Stand-up people would at least take a deeper, more honest, look at their remarks to Joe, and possibly consider acknowledging what could be construed as offensive remarks, and maybe (gasp!) offering an apology of sorts.

I think Joe may have overstated some of his displeasure with TSIG, and I sure don't agree with much of what he said (you all know my ardent support of TSIG), but personal attacks are offensive. Disagreement is fine, ethnic remarks are contemptible.

This is America, sure, so go ahead and call a spade a spade if you're talking about a shovel, but realize when you step over acceptable boundaries.

Best to all, of course,

Tim

<<Another participant on this thread lives in Okinawa. He has ordered and received CD's. I don't know the particulars about his receipts, but I have just recently "chatted" with him about deliveries to Japan.>>

Maybe your above statement is true, but I ordered 4 cd's on March 31 and received an email confirmation of the order, but it's now April 16 and I've received nothing (not even an email status). I think that's a poor way to start. I'm not yet selling shares of my TSIG holdings, but more evidence of this kind of ill-preparation/execution will cause me to reconsider! Regards,

Paul from Phoenix
