Thanks - You call that post of Gore's FACT and research???

I knew you would go to Gore to find out or saw his post earlier today (I saw it and took it for what it was) and parroted it here on this thread. In this case, and every other non-reporting company case, Gore has no idea, of the issued, outstanding, and actual float, either except what he's heard from the Company or PR guy. I'll bet anything that Gore does not know for SURE how many shares are outstanding or in the float. I would ask him the same questions I've asked you . I did ask him these same questions on a stock he mentioned a while ago called FTRK. he thought he knew how many were outstanding and in the float but...Lo and Behold, he did not and the stock fell apart.

Only the company President (sometimes) and the transfer agent know for sure. If it was a merger into a shell then even the current President does not know where all the stock is laying.

btw - I'm not even interested in this stock except that the name change is a good one and the stock may go higher on "Chinese internet frenzy". I just picked on you because you posted something that you are not certain about - you PUMPED it with your post and that was your intention, wasn't it.

Let's stop this dispute here and now because it's getting old and because I'm not always right but I'm never wrong :)

But when you post in the future try to determine if you are speaking from good sound info and knowledge or are just shilling and repeating something someone else said (someone who may actually know less than you do about the subject).

To The Thread and newbies: If a company is NON-REPORTING there is no way to know the real float. It's just not possible...unless you own 100% of the Company (non-reporting companies can issue stock under exempt registrations and you may never hear of it. That's just the way it is.

I'm not saying you can't make money on these but with a reporting company you will know a lot more about the Company's stock structure.

Alot of worthless chatter yesterday on this thread re: AQCI. Thought I was on the AQCI thread at first. Seems alot of people spent the entire afternoon crying about the weak NR. GET OVER IT AND MOVE ON!
Its a joke to read thru dozens of posts with nothing more than whine, whine, whine in them.

There I feel better now.

I like ACCR and GAAY for next week. ACCR has the potential to rake in big bucks with their $10 unlimited long distance phone calls (1 month) and I plan to contact the company on Monday. I will post what I find out regarding their future plans. The upside potential on GAAY is certainly huge if they come thru with the television station purchase.

Other ones to watch are PCBM and GNEN. Both are positioning to go much higher in the not to distance future (JMHO).
