Brokers do not always know in advance. My broker suggested that news can be released on Monday prior to opening and stock good conceivably begin trading on that day.

FRB is planning a marketing blitz as soon as BIDS or BIDC (more than likely BIDS) gets listed. It is still unknown amongst the US brokerage houses, with the exception of the Canadian based houses. FRB has a list of brokers including myself. We will be invited on conference calls, receive faxes etc. aside from the media blitz, this will only happen after the NASDAQ listing. My suggestion would be a coming soon type of scenario, whereby upon approval the blitz starts, then it lists on NASDAQ.
