C, at that time I overlooked the conversion factor. For example JUNO is really worth less than one-fifth my original calculations. Similarly WGAT, ROWE, MPATH are all converted at less than 1 to 1. WCAP is basically a small close end fund, not an operating company. Some more background info:

- WCAP has 3 employyes (CEO, CFO a brother of the CEO, and a secretary)

- WCAP will report a loss of $1.50 per share as a result of the decline in COOL value on 3/31/99 vs 12/31/98.

- WCAP invests by borrowing funds from the SBA

- WCAP has no venture capital, no backing from venture capitalists

- WCAP has no WS coverage

- WCAP was underwrittern by A.S. Goldman which was fined by the SEC for its P&D scheme on other stocks. A.S. Goldman owns 10% of WCAP stocks

- WCAP has no institutional ownership

- WCAP was a penny stock (about $1) last Fall.

Regards,

Tom
