Since no news in 3 months now, What is your hypothesis?

My hypothesis' are base on a "If I owned Digitcom, what would I do" perspective.

Well, I have to ask myself, does the stock price really help me or hinder me as a company getting into VoIP? Meaning does being very sensitive to the individual investor really make a difference in my overall goals.

Obviously, if my stock goes to pot, then I cannot utilize the leverage I bought by going public. Except now, I am back at ground zero (before going public) and I have Mucho of investor's really getting hot under the collar to deal with. Not a fun scenario.

Taken in that light, happy investors would be music to my ears. I would have to say, keep the price climbing on TRUE news, no matter how small it may be.

But, putting out news that isn't "steel" is even worse than saying nothing. This is the phase that I hope that they are in - steel and not taffy news.

The other scenario (and least attractive) is this: Things are not going well at all. Competition is presenting to their potential customers and winning over DGIV's bids. Digitcom now realizes that they DO HAVE competition and will have to resort so some other strategy. Just another company to these countries selling some VoIP vaporware.

The final and most attractive scenario is this: Thing are well on their way. After having been hounded so badly over this past year, they are not going to say anything that isn't completely true, revenue generating and would most definitley cause a huge rise in stock price alone. A move that would stable out at multiples from where we are now. The things I have heard about them NOT wanting to say anything until the "fat lady sings" is most prudent.

In the case of this scenario, and as it relates to investors patience level, Jimmy is probaly thinking that he would rather have tried and true loyal shareholders than whinny unrealistic ones. But, over time, even tried and true and get very whinny when things never come around.

This is the 11th hour. If Digitcom doesn't make a move by end of May/first part of June, my thoughts are that they will be in a world of "hurt".

Disclaimer: Again, these are just my opinions

woody,

I said I wasnt playing the pennies MUCH any more. I am occaisionally taking a stab at them when I sense something.

As for DGIV, you are correct in that I am not in this stock presently, but like I have said before that this stock DOES move quick and hard when it does and I like my action quick and hard.

I didnt say there was no value here any more. Afterall, I have to keep up with what y'all are up too. Besides, I'd like to stick around to see how this stock is played out come the end of the year but as you might possibly be able to tell, pray tell, I am not posting as much any more since the majority here favour coke.

Have a great evening...hey what did you think about our ASTN today, eh?
