Biggest difference is that I did not get in on NTBK and I did on USAB!!!

Well, the PROS in comparing NTBK/USAB are that there is an absolutely incredible upside potential for USAB (while there is still upside for NTBK too.) USAB is at the bottom of it's range, and hasn't had a pop at all yet. Looking at the multiples that the market has awarded NTBK is enough to make any USAB shareholder dance like Ally McBeal. On paper, USAB is a no-brainer. However, until we see the new site, a truly objective analysis between the two is somewhat difficult. For now we only know that it's worth MUCH more than $11/share... the site will help us determine how much more.

CONS in the comparison? Well, if you spend too much time comparing them, you may forget to purchase your shares of USAB, and then you'll be awfully frustrated! There is very limited downside w/ USAB @ $11.

Interestingly enough, I held NTBK for several weeks in November 98 but only a fraction of what I now have in USAB. So glad I found this baby.
