Kiowa Tribe of Oklahoma: Next
Installation for NorAm

TOLEDO, Ohio, April 21 /PRNewswire/ -- NorAm Gaming and Entertainment Co. (OTC BULLETIN
BOARD: NRAG - news), announced today that the JV partnership of NorAm and World Touch Gaming,
(EBG, Inc.), has secured a signed contract for the immediate installation of a thirty unit Class II ThunderBolt
Bingo System at the Kiowa Tribe Bingo Facility, Carnegie, OK. The Kiowa facility is well established and is
considered one of the best bingo operations in Oklahoma.

Following the announcement last week that financing of up to $24 million for the manufacturing of the
ThunderBolt system and other multi-game units had been attained by World Touch/EBG, orders for the
ThunderBolt system are now being processed with the assurance that the system can be manufactured upon
demand. NorAm/EBG expects to make announcements regarding other new ThunderBolt installations within
the next two weeks.

In other NorAm news:

NorAm/EBG will be showing the ThunderBolt Bingo System at the National Indian Gaming Association
(NIGA), Trade Show being held this year in Tucson, AZ, April 27-28. Last year's NIGA show produced
great interest in both the ThunderBolt System and the 90# Bingo System now being marketed by NorAm
under the name ''Euro 90''. It is expected that this year's show will produce more orders for NorAm in these
areas.

As stated in the previous Press Release of April 16, 1999, NorAm continues to make progress toward their
on-line gaming site. The Company has not released details concerning the site, other than to establish that
Domain names (.com) have been secured and contracts for the exclusive use of proprietary software are
being negotiated.
