Jenna, thanks for your thoughts on the nets for next week. I really
find your posts like these helpful where you explain your thinking behind the stocks/market climate. You are a fine teacher in not only
having knowledge and putting it across well, but in being so willing
to share it.

CNNfn on growth of Net mutual funds (and other topics):

cnnfn.com

Of note:

(1) New money flooding into Net funds;

(2) Several new Net funds in the process of being formed;

(3) Peter Lynch pitching Fidelity funds as a way to invest in the Net.

And on other topics:

(4) As of March 31, 222 mutual funds had 2-7 percent of their total assets in CPQ -- ouch!

(5) Appalling performance of stock funds overall -- even lower returns over the past 19 months than money markets. 6.5 percent for equity funds, versus 7 percent for money-market funds.
