I am using a cable modem and it was refusing connection alot last week. I got completely locked out for about 3-4 hours a day for two days.

I haven't had any problem at all with SI in a very long time. First of all I would suggest to all to clean their cache no matter what browser you use. If you have a big drive allocate more space to the cache. If that doesn't work minimize your browser and go to your desktop and open a MS-DOS window. Type tracert www.techstocks.com just as I've typed it with a space between tracert and www. Do a copy and paste and send the results to SI's people and they can determine if it's their problem. Jim
