I took your advice and spoke to a rep ("Anthony") who told me everything was authorized and my cd's were "on the way", but he couldn't tell me the date they were shipped. I'll give it until mail delivery this coming Monday before I nag them again, but I'd have felt better if he could have told me exactly the date shipped. I have to admit my experience with Amazon.com has been much better than this initial one with cci. still long and holding and awaiting REW's weekend report!
