Actually, todays release was not due until Tuesday. Unfortunately too many eyes happened to see the fax come across the wires from Delphi I've heard. Global promptly called the exchange and halted the stock as the news was out to too many people at Global. Perhaps check how the stock traded just before it was halted to confirm this. I do not have access to the trades before the halt so I cannot confirm how it trade just prior to the halt. I've also heard this may be a name your price deal with Delphi. Apparently it will be very lucrative for Global. I'm told Global will have no additional requirement for issuing new shares to finance the development of the cell right uup to production etc. I believe your statement regarding it being a "nominal" is wrong. You will be seeing a FAQ area on Globals site in the not too distant future which will be addressing technical questions for people. Europe is also going to come into play in a big way in the not too distant future. I agree that you may see some profit taking. I disagree however though that any of this is planned with the warrants. Delphi was VERY anxious to get a deal. Notice that GM is going to spin Delphi off as a seperate company. Perhaps this way it will be easier for all the other car companies to buy from a company that is no longer part of GM and simply a supplier. What do you think about the timing of that? It kind of makes you think they have been looking at Ballard for a while. Anyways, I just thought I'd provoke a little thought. I was suprised the auto news came so quick. I would have thought they would have kept it under wraps for longer from what I've heard so that they would not have to compare theirs to Ballard so early as Ballard is surely going to try to discredit global now that they have positioned themselves in the same market. Perhaps that is what the new FAQ section will be for. To address issues and rumours that will surely arise from the news and events of the last week.
