FM's Notes on WASP

These are just my views. I hold no position as of yet in this stock. I am simply researching it and presenting my thoughts.

With the success of this therapy, entry
into the retail market has been solicited
by an independent distributor representing
eighteen hundred pharmacies. In addition,
two major retail chains representing over
30% of the over-the-counter market are
accessible through relationships presently
representing Wasatch Pharmaceutical.
It appears that the market and the distributors are already there and in place. All they need to do is release the goods and start some kind of promotional campaign. Open the flood gates!

The acne market is a $3 Billion market
and with a superior product, Wasatch will
aggressively penetrate and control a
significant share of this market.
If they owned just 10% of this market, which is easily acheivable with the right medicine and the right advertising, they could be a highly profitable and on the move company. They might be using that $25 million to advertise....

WASP is now receiving long term
funding and will receive up to $25
million over the next twelve months.
This funding will be accomplished through
a private placement with institutional buyers
who will be long term holders of
Wasatch Pharmaceutical Inc. stock.
If this really is "institutional" investors, this could be a really good thing. I would be interested to know what their cost basis is and if their shares are restricted. But, none the less, to drop $25 million, somebody knows this is going to be huge.

Cystic Acne Study Brings Dramatic Results

Wasatch has announced a success
rate of 95% with virtually no side effects.
Success is interpreted as total or near
Company has other drugs in the pipeline,
to do with eczema, acne and psoriasis.
Very impressive. Didn't Viagra have a success rate near 95%? I think that did well for Pfizer stock LOL Also interesting, that ACNE is not their ownly products..Have developments in eczema, and psoriasis. Acne will be the first out of the stables.

Because the Company is now receiving major
funding, there will be announcements over
the next few weeks concerning activities
within Wasatch
This is almost like a warning to the investors that its going to heat up reallllyyy soon. Will probably hit day traders screens when they release this news. So, it will be volatile. Interesting though!

Issued and outstanding approximately 15 million.
On the float approximately 3.5 million.
Nice share count. Nice float. Just need to see about the PP

Just my opinions!
