Louis,

I myself was surprised that WPNE did not go up with XTON... it tried but there was some selling pressure midday... I don't have any idea why... I'll try to find it if it's out there Sunday night. I suspect that since WPNE is not a dedicated dot-com and XTON is relinquishing everything it has to be just that... we will see a disparity in the movements. At this point XTON is more attractive and showing it... but they both can turn out to be losers as well, just keep up with the current news and views...

CNBC Reports/interviews - if you navigate through most of SI you will see two sets of opinions regarding results... but prevalent is the belief that it is the "Kiss of Death". I know of at least one, could be more, short who does a great living watching the CNBC schedule for upcoming interviews... of course he's discriminating, he shorts as the sentiment is at its height btwn 5 - 15 minutes before or after the interview. He claims it's profitable... and an easy research... like reading thru the day's TV Guide. I've never tried it myself... that's extreme scalping IMO... one that can really hurt if you guess wrong. If that CEO/CFO slips and says he's being bought out... your whole year's gain can go POOF! in a matter of minutes with net stocks. <exaggeration>

Good night,
SF
