I fully agree with your post,and think that by tues we will see a scramble for the free shares and volume over 10M.If press releases kick in for tips like I would expect we could have a double rocketship ,probably a great buying opportunity.Big news before the 30th could be Mr. Tiltons trump card I believe,and if it is hang on for a wild ride.Looking for 1.50 or better on this run. Dave

ATTENTION TNRG SHAREHOLDERS!! This is an answer to the DOR question and a warning about placing trade after bell on 4/30. DOR date of record is 4/30 this means if you are a TNRG shareholder on record at the close of business on that date which is a Friday you will be entitled to 1 share of TIPS for every 4 shares of TNRG held. I would warn all with after market trading capabilities or those just positioning for Monday to be very careful about placing orders to sell TNRG after closing bell on 4/30 because there is a chance you could get an after market order fill and you would lose your right to TIPS spin-off shares.
