Ahh, Buffett, Clarke, and Senior. What a combo! LOL. Let's see: Clarke went for Chelsea(if I recall correctly), Senior for Mills, and now Buffett for Tanger. Warren's a little slow on the uptake Jim. LOL. (just having some fun. Crazy to bet against Mr. Buffett. Would like my Mills to do okay... if Chelsea, Tanger trounce it... maybe I can learn something from it. Maybe room for all to do okay. A question I often like to pose in heated discussions is: "Can both people - both viewpoints - be correct?" With factory outlet malls, the three of us... who can say now?
