Would someone mind answering some questions I have regarding CMGI?

A Company Report on CMGI stated they get 80% of their revenues from fullfillment and direct mail services. Would someone mind explaining exactly what these "fullfillment" services are?

I thought (I could be wrong) GeoCities was bought by Yahoo and Lycos was bought by CMGI. How did CMGI benefit on the deal? Did they receive shares of Yahoo or Disney or cash for the deal or do they still have an interest in these companies?

I had understood CMGI owns Raging Bull when in fact they only own a small percentage - is this true and who ows the rest? I just ask this one company in particular - I thought they wholly owned most of the companies in their @Ventures list. Obviously I was wrong on this one :(

Any rationale on why they have THREE @Venture companies?

How do CMGI shareholders benefit if CMGI incubates a company like RagingBull and then offers an IPO? Do the CMGI shareholders get stock in Raging Bull or does it just help CMGI's revenue?

Thanks for being patient with me - I'm very new to reading about this company and would appreciate constructive feedback.

Joe
