What I state is, of course, my opinion based on the facts I know and, in a way, the lack of information available about the company. Just as many longs state this and other companies "will be a $100 stock" or "will be the next CMGI, or whatever", I offer another, and probably much more probable, scenario and continue to seek facts to justify my theories. While no one can be sure about the future, we make our conclusions based on what we know so far. This is not a court of law. It is a discussion forum for us to consider the pros and cons of our investments. My desire is not to save any of you nor see anyone go to prison. It is to make money in the market by making the right assessments about companies like this. It might be an added bonus to actually think I helped stop someone from breaking the law should the SEC decide to investigate them, but when I start to think with my wallet, I almost don't want them to get caught. I find them easy enough to spot and can make a lot of money shorting them. I am not a stock holder in the company. If you are a stockholder and what you read here gets you suspicious, then you SHOULD file a complaint. Last I checked, the SEC wasn't paying any bounties. It might be helpful for you to check out some earlier stocks where myself and other shorters on this thread have recently been and see what happened or is happening to those stocks. WCTI, USAT, CYOE, ZSUN, ECEC, etc.
