Terri,
I think your post is great , I support every word of it .
I just want to add one thing :
PNLK's site is much bigger ,reacher and by far more informative and
usefull than the C.N.N site . C.N.N's site has over 14,000,000
enterances a day !!! how many clicks a day will PNLK have in the near
future ? I find it very hard to imagine .

Great post, Terri. Technical events don't move stock prices, marketing does. If nobody finds our site, its beauty doesn't matter. No marketing followed Version 1, and the stock rolled over. But the whole world will see PNL this time, starting with the IBE, the glowing press reviews that will follow it, and Zagoren's follow-up marketing campaign.

Now all I want for Christmas is my Nas Daq teeth ... my Nas Daq teeth ...

Terri, excellent post! Puts this in a nice perspective. PNL-TV. Seriously did any of us think about that? I was on the site last night for about 4 hours. Ink to paper cannot adequately describe what they have created. I've never ever seen a portal such as what has been created.

BTW, I slept last night like a dead log. First time I really got any rest in about a week and a half.

Terri,

I greatly appreciated the thoughtfulness of your post. Your analysis and insight are wonderful. So is your writing.

We all have to evaluate whether or not to hold on to our investment or take our profits and move on. After all, just because we love the site doesn't mean the world will or is ready for it. Here are some of my thoughts:

1. So far the internet has been as much a hobby as a useful business tool for most of its users. The idea of buying retail goods at a discount, sitting at our computers, has value but it has been fairly well exploited and there will be some victors and some casualties among those pioneers who have developed the idea. Amazon and Yahoo seem to clear favorites. Barnes and Noble, E-Bay, Ubid, K-tel, etc., are others that might make it.

2. Internet stocks have been run up on emotion and greed. Most analysts believe they will fall hard this year and then rebuild at more traditional valuations. If the big guys fall, will they take the little guys down with them?

3. Commerce on the internet is probably the most exciting opportunity for new companies to come along since the personal computer was introduced. When you consider what companies like Microsoft, Dell, Cisco, etc., have done in the past ten years you can get an idea what is ahead for the winners in the internet race.

4. One of the most remarkable elements of the opportunity to capitalize on the use of the internet is the ability to fairly cheaply put together a Fortune 500 type of company in a very short time. With few bricks and mortar to invest in the money can be put into site development and marketing. The operations can be localized, and there is no need to invest in expensive "location, location, location, type properties.

5. PNLK has sized up all of these elements and proceeded to develop a fantastic idea into a highly practical and inexpensive tool, with world wide efficacy, and vast potential.

6. What impresses me most of all is that they have done it entirely at the top level. From the management to the affiliates, everyone is world class. It is like putting together a super bowl team, with the best coaches, and building the best stadium, in the largest market area, the year before the advent of professional football.

7. As we explore the new site we are almost tempted (and perhaps some have been very tempted) to jump into the world of import-export. The ProNetLink site makes it look easy. Everything you need is there but a place to store and sell your goods (and cash, of course.) I don't have any doubt that the site will get better and better. Do any of you remember the first word processing software? Look at how far that has come in 15 years. The wonders we see now on the site are going to be dwarfed over the next ten years.

8. The big question is: Is the world ready for PNLK? I think it is. If it isn't, I think it will get ready quickly once it finds out about it. Small companies can take a giant leap forward toward success with this tool. There are so many ways they could make their businesses better if they only had the time and money to do them. PNLK makes those things possible by making those previously cumbersome and costly processes a mouse click away. Business can be done from anywhere, home, hotel, office, etc.

9. Competition will surely come. But, as you pointed out the months of silence have been wisely devised to keep the hounds at bay while the site was being developed. Now, everyone else has to play catch up and that isn't easy. Being the first with the best has been a key to success since business began. PNLK is surely the first with the best. I wonder if anyone could ever catch up with them now.

10. The final element is marketing. That is where PNLK has its greatest competitive advantage. Glenn Zagoran is probably the best we could get in the world to market this product. We not only have him retained, he is the Chairman of the Board and owns millions of shares of the stock. I doubt any of his other clients will get his attention like we will.

We are speculating, that is for certain. But, those of us who are willing to gamble a little here (and most of us are profitable already) are the ones who will win BIG if PNLK is indeed what we think it is. There will be a lot of new millionaires made by this company.

For what it is worth.
