Street, perhaps you can answer this simple question without going into a rant here;

basis your statement, <<<You are clueless. As I said earlier I do not sell SHARES. I get ONE investor to be an angel, etc. Usually done with debt or pure equity. Basically, a business brokerage arrangemnt or a finders fee. >>>>

What happens when your angels decide they want to register their shares?

Are they then labelled insiders?,

Or are they still considered "angel investors" who have decided to register some of their holdings?

ST I already answered your question long ago, but again for some reason you only read what you want to and omit the rest. I said previously I was a licensed (7) trader some years ago. No longer trade for a firm and no longer licensed (please read ). Secondly, you never said before you raised money for private companies via just one (singular) angel. And If you noticed my post that you were responding too, I was asking a question honestly, like I mentioned I was not familiar with that part of your business and asked a question you still did not answer. Do you not need to be an officer of a company when selling investment stock to an individual with out a ppm? It appears your answered skirting the question in defense of something.
