Joel, I picked up a few shares a couple of weeks back at 1 1/8 after talking to their investor relations man (he called me from home, he was sick) and he said they had held their own but, had cut back by not renewing contracts with their contract labor. I also learned that they have diversified more into the petrochemical, like 70%. Tuboscope is according to IR (I threw away his name along with my notes) quite a bit larger but they get their fair share, which will improve as does the the increased word load. My feeling was my downside was small and upside much better with little invested, you might want to read what's being said on the YAHOO Msg. board about it, a few folks over their follow it.
Take Care
Steve

I can point to one possible reason why ICOC is lagging. One of their business lines is the inspection and reconditioning of sucker rods. Many of the marginal wells that have been shut-in because of low oil prices are pumpers that now no longer need to have their sucker rods serviced.
