IF can answer this with a "No"-- then you are not an insider. OK?

Do you have Confidential Information that the general investing public DOES NOT HAVE due to your Contract with DCHT and your admitted Confidentiality Agreement?

If you answer "Yes"-- you are by definition an INSIDER.

I think the thread has to look at this from the standpoint of the strict definition of an Insider-- but also from the commonly held definition of Insider Information.
