Everything on WS is relative. If the street is expecting -.08 and earnings come in at -.07 that is an upside surprise not "poor earnings". The earnings were good relative to what was expected.

I too am out (actually out of TLC).

I have not interest in the toy sector, but for long term investors my guess is that MAT has significantly more upside potential than downside risk over the next couple years.
