Hugh, Sounds like you think they won't announce an IPO. Just whisper it! That would be enough in my book. No, I don't think that they will. What they might do is announce that they have exercised their option to establish a majority position in TVW. That would focus more attention on Ampex and, of course, start the rumor train rolling. I think that the NAB would be the perfect forum for that type of announcement. Not so sure that it is the right place for an IPO announcement. Too many other things going on there and what is desired for an IPO is complete and undivided attention. Lee
