Some brokers work only with fractions,
an archaic system which is long overdue for a change to decimals.

The closest acceptable fractional equivalent to $.11 is 7/64 which equals $.109375 .

KZAP I don't know why I got the 5,000 shares .001 below the ASK
because I put a Market order in when it was @ .11 and they gave
it to me for .109
